| Abstract --
The primary purport of this study is to specify the training standard
of the emergency medical response and the first-aid rescue in accordance
with chemical disaster, to provide professional EMT (EMT-P) and
the nursing staff the mutual rules and educational training on the
aspect of chemical disaster. This is to hope that there are standards
to be followed and discussed for all the trainings and maneuvers
in ordinary days; and to expect that the educational training in
popularizing chemical disaster rescue would be carried out more
practicable and thorough training for certification method through
ACLS and ATLS.All the teaching materials are delicately selected and designed.
Except requiring the preciseness of the text contents, every chapter
and section is organized under unanimous structure, and has been
consulted to ACLS and ATLS structures. The editing style of the
study is designed to be profound yet simple with its everyday language,
logically and concretely categorizes various toxicant objects and
antidotes with the expectation of assisting trainees to obtain in
a short training course the precise concept and standard skills
that are practical to them. In addition, professional software and
variables are used in editing so to keep the technical terms coincide
with the translation, that make it easier to claim help to professional
website, electronic book and on-line help system. With this system,
academic text materials, homepages, and electronic book can keep
steps with each other and renew data speedily at the same time.
Presently five educational trainings have been held with perfect
response and appraisement from trainees. Then the next step we are
now working on is to exam the training achievement through viewing
this teaching experience, and the comments and suggestions from
trainees. With this inspection, we will renovate the structure of
training materials, adjust the depth of the contents and arrange
an agenda that is more appropriate. We’ve found that a two-day course
will present a sound effect more completely with ease, thus trainees
can achieve a practical efficiency in studying.
Though the structure and contents of the teaching materials have
been discussed and revised for several times, it is still the first
step of the standardization. Treasure comments and suggestions from
experts of all fields are the real guidance toward achieving common
consensus and reaching the goal of standardization.
